Central Adriatic Ports Authority offers free transport service for passengers with disabilities and reduced mobility, making available equipped mini buses. The service will be provided by the voluntary association Croce Gialla - Anpas Marche, which has come to a specific agreement with Ancona Port Authority.
The service can be requested - by fax or by telephone - to the Central Adriatic Ports Authority or through the referral Maritime Agency , with at least 24 hours forewarning.
This notification has to be made from Monday to Friday through telephone numbers and e-mails listed below, while during Saturday and Sunday the communication can be directly submitted to the mobile number +39335/5698512 of the operator on duty at theCentral Adriatic Ports Authority, that will notify the Croce Gialla association - Anpas Marche, in charge of the service.
The service request will have to contain the identification data of the passenger, date, place and time in which the service will be carried out. This service provides transport from the train station to New Ticket Office and to boarding / landing spots and vice versa.
